การทบทวนองค์ความรู้เรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนความรู้เกี่ยวกับประสิทธิผลของยาในการรักษา amphetamine dependence, ยาที่ใช้ในการบำบัดรักษา amphetamine withdrawal/amphetamine psychosis ซึ่งแผนงานฯ หวังว่า เอกสารวิชาการฉบับนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อบุคลากรสุขภาพโดยเฉพาะแพทย์ ในการใช้หลักฐานวิชาการเชิงประจักษ์เพื่อตัดสินใจให้การบำบัดรักษาด้วยยาในผู้ติดสารเสพติดกระตุ้นประสาทกลุ่มแอมเฟตามีนควบคู่ไปกับการบำบัดทางจิตสังคม ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยให้ความร่วมมือในกระบวนการรักษา ปรับวิถีชีวิตที่เอื้อต่อการลด ละ เลิกสารเสพติดและลดโอกาสในการกลับไปเสพซ้ำได้ในที่สุด

การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพประชาชนให้มีสุขภาพจิตดี เป็นพันธกิจสำคัญของกรมสุขภาพจิต และแม้งานสุขภาพจิตจะก้าวหน้าไปเพียงใด แต่การส่งเสริมป้องกันให้ประชาชนปลอดภัยจากความเครียด เป็นภารกิจที่กรมสุขภาพจิตให้ความสำคัญมาโดยต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ เพราะผลของความเครียดทำ ให้บุคคลไม่มีความสุข ไม่มีความสบายใจ ทำ ให้เกิดโรคต่างๆ ทั้งทางร่างกายและจิตใจรวมทั้งส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาทางสังคมอย่างที่คาดไม่ถึง รวมทั้งเป็นเหตุชักจูงให้บุคคลปรับตัวในทางที่ผิด บางคนหาทางระบายความเครียดด้วยเหล้าและบุหรี่ ติดสารเสพติด หลายคนหมกมุ่นอยู่กับการพนัน และบางรายมีการกระทำก้าวร้าวรุนแรง เป็นต้น จากความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างความเครียดกับปัญหาการติดสารเสพติด และปัญหาพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ดังกล่าว กรมสุขภาพจิตในฐานะอีกบทบาทหนึ่ง คือ การทำ หน้าที่เลขานุการโครงการ TO BE NUMBER ONE ในทูลกระหม่อมหญิงอุบลรัตนราชกัญญา สิริวัฒนาพรรณวดี ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์โครงการเพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาเสพติด และเสริมสร้างศักยภาพเยาวชน จึงได้ปรับปรุงคู่มือคลายเครียด ที่กรมสุขภาพจิตได้จัดพิมพ์และเผยแพร่มาก่อนหน้านี้ ให้มีเนื้อหารูปเล่มทันสมัยน่าอ่าน เหมาะสำ หรับกลุ่มเป้าหมายเยาวชนวัยรุ่น สมาชิก TO BE NUMBER ONE ได้ศึกษาเรียนรู้และนำ ไปปรับใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์กับตนเอง

An account of the resource
The Mental Health Atlas, released every three years, is a compilation of data provided by countries around the world on mental health policies, legislation, financing, human resources, availability and utilization of services and data collection systems. It serves as a guide for countries for the development and planning of mental health services. The Mental Health Atlas 2020 includes information and data on the progress made towards achieving mental health targets for 2020 set by the global health community and included in WHO’s Comprehensive Mental Health Action Plan. It includes data on newly-added indicators on service coverage, mental health integration into primary health care, preparedness for the provision of mental health and psychosocial support in emergencies and research on mental health. It also includes new targets for 2030.
