Discover Mental Health Description An account of the resource Background: In response to the evident limitations of conventional treatment approaches and the consequent recurrence of alcoholic people admitted with schizophrenia behavior leading to re-hospitalization, a program was instituted at a psychiatric hospital in Thailand. This program aimed to modify alcohol consumption behavior patients undergoing inpatient treatment by incorporating the principles of Bandura’s Self-Efficacy Theory. Method: In this two-group quasi-experimental study, the impact of the Self-efficacy modification program was investigated among alcoholic people admitted with schizophrenia. This study involved two sample groups: an intervention and a control group, each consisting of 32 participants. The intervention group underwent a 5-week intervention featuring 14 group therapy activities, where the control group received a usual treatment. Data analysis employed descriptive statistical methods and involved comprehensive questionnaire data collection across four dimensions i.e. Stages of change readiness and treatment eagerness scale (Socrates-8 A), Severity of alcohol dependence questionnaire (SADQ), Alcohol abstinence self-efficacy scale (AASE), Brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS). Data were analyzed using independent and paired samples t-tests, with a significant level of 0.05. Results: The paired t-tests conducted on changes in Socrates 8 A and AASE scores before and after the intervention program demonstrated a significant increase in scores, coupled with a decrease in BPRS scores, with all findings indicating a statistically significant difference (p-value < 0.001). Conclusion: This modification program could serve as an alternative intervention for alcoholic people admitted with schizophrenia. Policymakers should support training initiatives to equip mental health professionals with the skills needed to enhance self-efficacy in alcoholic patients with schizophrenia. Title A name given to the resource รูปแบบการลด/ การละ/ การเลิก/ การบริโภคเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์/ เยาวชนอายุ 15 - 19 ปี Description An account of the resource การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นคว้ารูปแบบการลด ละ เลิก การบริโภคเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในเยาวชนอายุ 15 – 19 ปี โดยอาศัยการศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีและการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาพฤติกรรมและสาสเหตุการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และนโยบายสาธารณะจากความคิดเห็นของเยาวชนโดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานและมีการทวนสอบให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทของสภาพการณ์ที่เป็นจริงจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเยาวชนอายุ15 – 19 ปี จำนวน 25 ท่านใน 5 จังหวัด การสังเกตุแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการใช้บริการในสถานประกอบการของเยาวชน ในพื้นที่ 5 จังหวัดได้แก่จังหวัดชลบุรี ลพบุรี ขอนแก่น เชียงใหม่ สงขลา และการเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นเยาวชนอายุ 15 – 19 ปี 450 ชุด ในพื้นที่ 5 จังหวัดได้แก่จังหวัดชลบุรี ลพบุรี ขอนแก่น เชียงใหม่ สงขลา โดยใช้ SPSS ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาค่าเฉลี่ย และนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการกำหนดนโยบายทำการอภิปรายและแสดงความคิดเห็นต่อนโยบายที่มาจากความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า เยาวชนคิดว่าตนเองไม่ได้ดื่มในปริมาณที่อันตราย เลือกดื่มเบียร์หรือเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่มีราคาไม่สูง หรือผู้จำหน่ายจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย โดยสถานที่ที่นิยมดื่มเป็นที่แรกคือหอพักก่อนจะไปใช้บริการในสถานบันเทิง และสาเหตุการดื่มคือเรื่องของสังคมและการคบเพื่อนโดยสิ่งแวดล้อมก็เป็นปัจจัยต่อการบริโภคเพราะสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีผู้ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ส่งผลให้เยาวชนเกิดความรู้สึกคุ้นเคย อยากลองไม่อยากที่จะแตกต่างจากสมาชิกในสังคมตนเอง ซึ่งนโยบายและมาตรการทางกฎหมายที่เยาวชนเกรงกลัวคือพระราชบัญญัติการจราจรทางบก พ.ศ. 2522 ที่กำหนดว่าผู้ขับขี่ซึ่งมีอายุต่า กว่ายี่สิบปี บริบูรณ์ ห้ามขับขี่ในกรณีมีปริมาณแอลกอฮอล์ในเลือดเกิน 20 mg% เนื่องจากเห็นการปฏิบัติของเจ้าหน้าที่ตามมาตรการนี้เสมอและไม่ต้องการให้ครอบครัวเดือดร้อนดำเนินการ กิจกรรมที่มีส่วนต่อการลดละเลิกในความคิดเห็นของเยาวชนคือการส่งเสริมให้เยาวชนสามารถเข้าถึงการณรงค์และการใช้เวลาและโอกาสที่สร้างสรรค์ทางสังคม โดยกำหนดบทบาทให้เยาวชนมีส่วนร่วม โดยรูปแบบการลดละเลิกตามผลการศึกษา พบว่า การลดประกอบด้วยการจำหน่าย การขายและการสร้างค่านิยมให้เรื่องของการดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ไม่เป็นเรื่องปกติ รวมไปถึงผลที่จะได้รับจากรูปแบบหากละเมิดรูปแบบจากการลดในมิติของการควบคุม รูปแบบการละ ประกอบด้วยนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการป้องกันการเพิ่มขึ้นของนักดื่มหน้าใหม่ที่เป็นเยาวชนด้วยการสร้างทักษะชีวิต เสริมภูมิคุ้มกันด้วยการสร้างสังคมปลอดเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ รูปแบบการเลิก ประกอบด้วยนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเข้าถึงกลุ่มเสี่ยงและช่วยเหลือด้วยการบำบัดรักษาทั้งทางจิตสังคม และการรักษาทางการแพทย์ Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource นรกมล ทองเปลี่ยน Publisher An entity responsible for making the resource available วิทยาลัยพาณิชยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2019-08-01 Format The file format, physical medium, or dimensions of the resource PDF Language A language of the resource Thai Type The nature or genre of the resource วิจัย Date Copyrighted Date of copyright. 2019-08-01 License A legal document giving official permission to do something with the resource.
