วิธีการดูแลใจในสถานการณ์วิกฤต ในวันที่สถานการณ์รอบตัวดูหนักหน่วง การดูแล "ใจ" คือการเตรียมพลังให้เราก้าวต่อไปได้อย่างมั่นคงครับ กรมสุขภาพจิตขอส่งต่อคู่มือ "PFA สำหรับประชาชน" วิธีดูแลใจในสถานการณ์วิกฤตที่ทุกคนทำตามได้ทันที
- เมื่ออยู่ในสถานการณ์วิกฤต (Crisis):
1. พักก่อน โดยหาเวลาสั้นๆ 5-10 นาที หายใจเข้าลึกๆ 3 ครั้ง
2. กินอาหาร ดื่มน้ำ พักผ่อนให้มากที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้
3. ใช้เทคนิค 5-4-3-2-1 (5 มอง, 4 จับ, 3 ฟัง, 2 ดม, 1 หายใจลึกๆ) เพื่อดึงสติกลับมา
4. คุยกับคนที่เราไว้ใจ ไม่ต้องเล่าทุกรายละเอียด แต่อย่าเก็บความเครียดไว้ลำพัง
- หลังผ่านพ้นสถานการณ์ (Recovery):
1. ทำตัวให้ปกติ ค่อยๆ กลับไปทำกิจวัตรเดิม ไม่ต้องเร่งรีบ
2. ให้เวลาใจ อนุญาตให้ตัวเองเศร้าหรืออ่อนแอได้ ไม่ต้องรีบ "ปกติ" ทันที
3. เขียนระบาย: ลองบันทึกความรู้สึกเพื่อจัดการอารมณ์
4. ไปหาหมอ/เจ้าหน้าที่: หากนอนไม่หลับ/หวาดผวา/คิดวนซ้ำ เกิน 2 สัปดาห์
- สัญญาณอันตราย ที่ต้องรีบแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่
1. อยากทำร้ายตัวเอง/ไม่อยากมีชีวิตอยู่

จากการกลั่นกรองและสกัดประเด็นข้อมูลที่ผู้บริหารหน่วยงานในสังกัดกรมสุขภาพจิตได้ทบทวน การดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมาและการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นภายในกรมสุขภาพจิต ในช่วงปีงบประมาณ 2568 ตลอดจนได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนากรมสุขภาพจิต สำหรับปีงบประมาณ 2569 และระยะต่อไปไว้ด้วยนั้นสามารถสรุปสาระสำคัญในภาพรวมที่ได้จากผู้บริหารหน่วยงานทั้ง 46 หน่วยงาน สรุปสาระสำคัญในประเด็นการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมาและการเปลี่ยนแปลงในกรมสุขภาพจิตในปีงบประมาณ 2568 แบ่งเป็น 5 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์ 2) ด้านการพัฒนาระบบบริการและนวัตกรรม 3) ด้านการจัดการภาวะวิกฤต 4) ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร 5) ด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรและการเงิน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (quasi-experimental research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้แนวคิดภาษารักตามแนวคิดของ Gary Chapman ร่วมกับกระบวนการกลุ่มบำบัดตามแนวคิดของ Irvin D. Yalom ต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ปกครองผู้ป่วยจิตเวชเด็กและวัยรุ่น
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครองของเด็กและวัยรุ่นที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหน่วยบริการจิตเวชเด็กและวัยรุ่น แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม โดยกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมภาษารักเพื่อดูแลใจตนเองร่วมกับกลุ่มบำบัดจำนวน 3 ครั้ง ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยก่อน และหลังการทดลอง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 75 มีอายุเฉลี่ย 32 ปี (SD = 6.21) และส่วนใหญ่เป็นมารดาของผู้ป่วย เด็กและวัยรุ่นที่ปุวยส่วนมากได้รับการวินิจฉัยเป็นโรคออทิซึมและโรคสมาธิสั้น ภายหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองมีระดับภาวะซึมเศร้าลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับก่อนการทดลอง และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับกลุ่มควบคุม พบว่ากลุ่มทดลองมีระดับภาวะซึมเศร้าลดลงมากกว่าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
